They were always available for any questions I had and explained the terms in the documents very well. After two years of residence, I had to sell the condo as my visa was expiring. However, this was a time when the market value of housing was decreasing.
They helped me with various topics related to FIRPTA (foreign investment in real property tax act) and other information related to the selling process as a foreign national, which I was not much aware of. Their team at the Title company, Chicago Title company helped me with many questions related to foreign national transactions. They were extremely helpful with scheduling inspections and cleaning of the condo. They decorated the condo elegantly, included professional photography with a detailed video tour of the condo and the Livermore community. Then, they advertised to a wide audience through their webpage and the internet. They held a broker tour and open houses welcoming many clients. They monitored the housing market and set an appropriate date to go on the market according to my timing and provided me the opportunity to obtain the best value for my condo during a time when the market value was decreasing. As the seller, I did not have to do anything but relax and watch the process being handled by them efficiently.
