Thank you so much for being our representative in the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. You did a fantastic job of handling both ends of this at the same time. We appreciated your professionalism, and thorough follow up in all aspects of both deals. We always felt that you had our best interest in mind while advising us, even if it was not something we wanted to hear. Your advice on how to arrange our existing home with our existing décor and furniture was very helpful to prepare it for selling. Also, while touring potential homes to buy, you always had a unbiased opinion on certain aspects of a home that normally would go unnoticed. Since I have been through this a couple of times before, I felt no sense of pressure to try to make a decision; instead you allowed us to go about this at our own speed. We loved our old house that you sold to some fantastic people and we absolutely love our new home.
